Reimbursement and cancellation.

I do not accept insurance but insurance companies often offer out

of network benefits and may reimburse the majority of the fee.

My current cancellation policy is 7 days. If a session is cancelled within 7 days of

the appointment, a charge will be applied and insurance companies will not reimburse

this session. I will try my best to reschedule a cancelled session within the same week

free of charge if I have the time available. Payment can be made with cash, check, Venmo,

or credit card and is expected following each session or by the end of the month. A

convenience fee will be charged if paying with credit card.
